NO-FROST CUPCAKES 
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 20 cupcake cups (DO NOT USE PAPER).

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together.

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Fill muffin tins 1/3 full with chocolate mixture. Spoon one heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture in the middle of the batter. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with pecan chips.
