JAEGERSCHNITZEL 
4 pork fillets, thinly cut
Salt and pepper
2 onions, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
Butter
Mushrooms
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon

Salt and pepper fillets. Turn in flour and coat well. Fry slowly in butter along with onions and mushrooms for 15 minutes on each side. When done, remove and keep warm. Pour 1 cup warm water in pan and loosen juices. Add more flour, if you want thicker gravy. Simmer 1 minute. Place on platter and cover with gravy. Serve with noodles.
