PARTY POTATOES 
8 to 10 potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. milk (approximately)

Boil potatoes until done. Mash with other ingredients, except butter and paprika. Put in a buttered casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

This can be cooled and refrigerated to be baked the next day.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
