PARTY POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. butter melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Mix above ingredients except cornflakes and put in 9x9 pan. Sprinkle corn flakes over the top of potato mixture and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.

Serves 10.
