1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix all cake ingredients together 2 minutes. Bake in 2 or 3 rounds at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes and turn on racks to cool thoroughly.

FROSTING:

1 (3 3/4 oz. pkg.) instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice

Mix all frosting ingredients in large bowl by hand. Frost between layers and sides and top. Refrigerate 24 hours before cutting.
