1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, including juice (11 oz.)
1/2 c. Wesson oil, or other kind

Beat above ingredients together; pour into 3 layer cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 box instant vanilla pudding (5 oz.)
9 1/2 oz. carton Cool Whip
