PINEAPPLE JELLO PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. unflavored Jello
1 can pineapple slices
1 can pineapple chunks
6 eggs
1 c. sugar

Mix 6 egg yolks, pineapple chunks and sugar in saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 2 minutes. Let cool. Then mix Jello with juice from pineapple slices. Pour into the eggs, pineapple and sugar. Heat for another 2 minutes. Let cool.

Mix 6 white eggs until fluffy and mix together with six pineapple slices. Place them at bottom of round cake pan. Place 6 cherries on holes and pour in baking pan. Refrigerate overnight and then serve.
