2 lg. boxes lime Jello 12 oz. Cool Whip 8 ice cream bars (Eskimo pies) Start day before planning to serve. Defrost Cool Whip. Make Jello according to package, let gel slightly. Mix up with fork. Add defrosted Cool Whip. Blend well. Break up ice cream bars. Fold into Jello mixture. Freeze overnight, uncovered. |
