PEACH COBBLER 
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
2 qts. home canned peaches
2 c. sugar
2 c. peach juice
1 1/2 c. milk

Or 2 large cans sliced peaches.

Mix juice with cornstarch and beat. Add peaches; set aside. Melt butter in oblong pan or baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and milk. Spoon over melted butter. Don't stir. Spoon peaches over flour mixture. Don't stir. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
