PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. canned, sliced peaches, reserve 6 slices
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. Sweet N Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3 slices whole wheat diet bread, made into crumbs
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 pkg. Sweet N Low
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. water

Combine first 5 ingredients in an 8 x 8 baking pan. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, dry milk, flour, sweetener, cinnamon. Add butter and water. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Divide into 6 servings, topped with reserved peaches. (138 calories per serving; 1/2 B; 1 F; 1/8 FA)
