BANANA TEA BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas (2-3)

Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and set aside. Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture alternately with bananas, a small amount at a time. Beat well after each addition until mixed well. Put in greased bread pan. Makes 1 loaf.

Bake 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees - will vary depending on how hot oven bakes, so first time watch it from 50 minutes on. Also, this recipe works well when doubled or tripled to make more loaves.
