ESCAROLE SAUSAGE SOUP | |
1/2 c. oil 1 can Progresso Cannelloni beans Garlic 1 lb. Italian sausage 2 to 3 lbs. Escarole Soak escarole and clean. Cut sausage and brown with garlic. Add wet escarole and one cup of water. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes; add beans and cook until heated through. |
