IMITATION WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Cook flour and milk in saucepan until thick, not rubbery. Stir constantly. Cool. Measure remaining ingredients into a bowl. Add flour mixture and beat 5 minutes.
