OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Butter

Slice bread in 3/4 inch slices. Beat together the eggs, milk, and juice. Add the vanilla, salt, orange peel, and nutmeg. Dip the bread slices in the mixture and place them in a casserole dish. Pour the remaining mix over the bread and refrigerate overnight. Fry the bread slices in butter until each side is golden brown.
