GREEK SPAGHETTI 
10 oz. cooked spaghetti
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1 tsp. garlic salt
2 lbs. ground beef or 1/2 lb. ground beef + 1/2 lb. sausage
1 tbsp. rosemary or Italian seasoning
1 can tomato paste + 1 can water
3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 c. red wine
1 can tomatoes
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 jar black & green olives
Cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic. Drain grease and sprinkle with rosemary or Italian seasoning. Combine tomatoes, tomato paste and water and cook very slowly for 1 hour. In a large Dutch oven, make three layers each of spaghetti, sauce, meat, olives, mushrooms, soup and cheese, covering the top with sauce. Pour wine over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This can be made in advance and refrigerated, in which case you bake for 1 hour.
