HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
6-7 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. pre-cooked ham, cubed 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 3 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter, melted Mix first 3 ingredients in greased 9"x13" pan. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt together and pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate before baking, pour melted butter over top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
