SCOTCH CAKES 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour

Beat together the first four ingredients until creamy. Add flour and blend with a spoon. Take half a teaspoonful of dough and put it onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 12 minutes.
