BACON AND CHEESE POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut into med. slices
3 tbsp. butter, melted
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat 1 inch of salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling. Cook 20-25 minutes or until tender. Place cooked potatoes in baking dish. Add salt, pepper and butter. Sprinkle the bacon and onions on top, then grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven until cheese melts.
