SALMON PATTIES | |
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 egg 1/3 c. onion, chopped Drain salmon; save 2 tablespoons of juice. Mix egg, salmon, and onion until sticky. Stir in flour. Add salmon juice to salmon mixture. Form into small patties and fry until golden brown. |
