TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 each chopped celery and onion
Garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tater tots (frozen)

Brown ground beef with celery and onion. Drain. Add seasonings to taste. Place half of ground beef mixture into ungreased casserole dish. Add tater tots to cover. Top with remaining ground beef. In a separate bowl, add soup and 1/2 soup can of milk. Mix to a smooth consistency and pour on top of beef, making sure liquid reaches the bottom of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 5 servings.
