TATER TOT PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
Salt and garlic salt (option)
1 bag OreIda Tater Tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese, grated (optional)

Brown ground chuck with onion and bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic to taste. Drain off liquid.

In a casserole dish, layer the bottom with Tater Tots, then layer the ground chuck, continue to layer until beef is gone. Top with ground chuck with Tater Tots. Prepare soup according to label. Pour over top of Tater Tots. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. You may then sprinkle on cheese and melt.
