1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 tsp. Accent
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 lb. hamburger

TOPPING:

1 envelope instant mashed potatoes (1/2 c.)
4 slices American cheese

Mix milk with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Accent. Let set 5 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients and stir. Mix in hamburger. Stir. Place in 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When meat is done, prepare potatoes according to directions and season. Cover hot meat with 3 slices of cheese. Swirl potatoes on top; dot with pieces of cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Serves 4-6.
