STUFFED GRAPE LEAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion
1 c. parsley
1 c. tomatoes, pureed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. mint
1/2 c. rice
Grape leaves (jar or fresh, if fresh boil for 10 minutes)
1 c. water
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix ground beef and onion in a frying pan and cook for 15 minutes until ground beef is done. Add olive oil and rice and cook for 10 minutes. Add tomato juice and parsley, salt, pepper and mint and cook for 15 minutes.

Roll in the grape leaves. Put the mixture in the middle and roll. Make it tight.

Put them in a pot. Add 1 cup of water and lemon juice. Cook for 1/2 hour or until done.
