4 to 6 sm. zucchini
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. SEASONED bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together all ignredients except zucchini and 1/2 cup cheese. Scrape out center of zucchini, leaving ends. Fill cavity with hamburger mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Wrap heavy duty aluminum foil around squash individually. Place in coals and cook about 35 minutes.
