SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
2 med. size cans whole tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
1 c. chopped celery
2 med. onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Start with small amount and add as sauce cools down.

Fry onion, celery, and garlic in fairly deep fat until glossy. Add to sauce. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours before adding meat balls.

MEAT BALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
8 crackers, rolled to crush
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion, diced very fine
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

In same pan used for onion, garlic, and celery, fry the meatballs. Makes 8-10 meatballs.
