VEGETARIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. ground nuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 onion, diced & sauteed
Sm. amt. garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup thinned with 1 can water
Sm. amt. vegetable fat

Mix cracker crumbs, cottage cheese, ground nuts, eggs, diced and sauteed onions and garlic salt together. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown balls in vegetable fat in skillet. Place in loaf pan. Pour thinned soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 10 to 15.
