VEGETARIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 c. ground nuts (pecans)
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
2 onions, grated
1 pkg. crackers, crushed (1/4 of lg. box)
Garlic salt

Beat eggs well, add cream cheese; mix with mixer. Add nuts, onion and crackers. Make in balls and brown in small amount of oil. Cover with 1 quart of tomato juice and simmer until absorbed.
