HAM & PINEAPPLE ROLLS 
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
12 thin slices of boiled ham
1 to 2 tbsp. butter

Drain pineapple, measuring syrup, add water to make 1 1/2 cups of prepared stuffing mix as directed on package, substituting measured liquid for water and adding the pineapple with stuffing crumbs. Spoon about 1/4 cup stuffing on each ham slice, roll and place seam side down in melted butter in a skillet. Heat uncovered, turning occasionally. Serve with mustard sauce. Makes 12 rolls or 6 servings.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan. Blend in: 2 tsp. dry mustard

Stir in: 1/3 c. vinegar

Add: 1/4 tsp. salt

Cook and stir until thickened, stir in 1/3 cup mayonnaise. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
