1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
7 egg whites, unbeaten
Sliced bananas
1 pie crust
Cool Whip or whipped cream

In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well by hand. Bake in unbaked pie crust at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until set. Do not over bake. Top with sliced bananas, whipped cream and more bananas. Serve warm. Serves 8.
