TEX-MEX SPECIAL 
1/4 lb. chopped cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped olives
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 diced hard-cooked eggs
1 (6-7 oz.) can tuna
6 hot dog buns

Drain tuna. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except buns; mix well. Spread filling in buns. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
