GRILLED VEGGIES 
Sm. red potatoes, sliced
Squash, sliced diagonally
Onions, sliced
Bell pepper, sliced diagonally
Daikon (Chinese radish) or radish, slices of turnips
Carrots, sliced diagonally

Use any combination of the above and mix thoroughly. Add liquid butter. Season to taste with "Soul Food" seasoning (can only buy this a PharMor Drug Stores). Place in thick aluminum foil and seal. Grill on low to medium heat (about 350 degrees) 45 to 60 minutes.
