SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. ham or bacon
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 doz. eggs

Saute ham and onion until tender. Add beaten eggs and cook until set. Stir in cheese sauce. Place in greased 13x9x2 inch dish. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs and spread over eggs. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and chill over night. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. grated cheese

BREAD CRUMBS:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. paprika
