1 c. mashed potato
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
5 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 c. flour

Mix all liquid ingredients, then add flour. Roll dough and cut into doughnuts and deep fry or can be baked.
