VEAL, DRIED TOMATOES & PASTA 
2/3 c. dried tomatoes
1 med. onion
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. water
1 c. Marsala wine
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. veal cutlets
1/2 lb. spaghetti

Lightly brown veal cutlets. Set aside. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, seasonings, water and wine. Simmer 15 minutes while spaghetti is cooking. Add mushrooms and veal. Cook a few minutes more.
