PASTA WITH SAUSAGE AND SUN-DRIED
TOMATOES
 
Use 4 links of sausage, about 6 or seven pieces of tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream or half and half per pound of pasta.

Soak tomatoes in a little lukewarm water (a couple of hours or overnight).

Chop tomatoes and don't discard water.

Cut up sausage and saute in butter and oil.

Add tomatoes (with water) and continue sauteing a short while.

Add the heavy cream or half and half.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Add Parmesan and serve over pasta immediately.
