TURKEY BBQ | |
Turkey, cut up (average size 12 lbs., just like chicken) Salt & pepper, a lot Cut up turkey, rub butter all over pieces, put in roaster, add salt and pepper a lot and bake until done about 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove turkey from pan, thicken juices like gravy, remove turkey from the bone, put turkey meat back into gravy. Do not add water at any time if too dry then use chicken broth. Serve on rolls. A turkey breast can be used also. |
