1 pkg. chocolate pudding
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chip pieces
1/2 c. chopped Diamond walnuts

Cook chocolate pudding mix as directed. Blend in cake mix (dry mix).

Pour into 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped Diamond walnuts.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
