VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. celery
3/4 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook bag of vegetables with celery until tender; drain. Add cheese, onions and mayonnaise, and water chestnuts. Put in casserole dish. Add Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
