6 apples (red)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. cherries, chopped (optional)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
Dash of salt

Core and rice apples. Sprinkle with juice. Add other ingredients. Stir dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad and mix.
