HOLIDAY BANANA BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. mashed banana (3 lg.)
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix in bananas and sour cream. Add flour mixture. Fold in nuts, cherries and chocolate morsels.

Turn batter into prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out and continue cooling on wire rack. Accent it with chocolate or sugar glaze.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 env. premelted chocolate

Combine ingredients and beat until smooth.
