13 x 9 inch pan. 350 degree oven.

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and spread in pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

1ST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread over cooled crust.

2ND LAYER:

Mix 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding, 3 cups milk, following directions on box. Gently spread over 1st layer. Can use other flavors of pudding.

TOP LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip on top. (Use large carton of Cool Whip.)
