NO FAIL CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter 4 eggs Dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. biscuit mix Dash or two of nutmeg; optional Combine all in blender and mix well. Pour into a 10 inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional). Bake at 400 degree for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake another 30 minutes. This pie has no crust but is rather crusty on top. It is so easy to make and is very good. |
