RICHARD'S FISH BATTER 
3/4 c. flat beer
2 eggs, separated
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients except egg whites and set aside. Beat egg whites until they peak (like butter). Fold egg whites in other batter with spoon. Dip in fish and deep fry according to size.
