FISH BATTER 
1 egg
1 c. warm beer
1 1/8 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
Lemon pepper to taste

If desired, dust fillets in crushed crackers or Parmesan cheese. Mix together, dunk fish and deep fry until brown.
