CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter over very low heat, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir until well coated. Press half of cereal mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Chill in refrigerator. Set remaining mixture aside.

Combine chocolate chips, sugar, butter, and water in a double boiler, stir until chocolate melts; blend well. Spread over chilled cereal. Spread remaining mixture over top. Chill. Makes about 25 1/2 inch squares.
