GOLDEN FRUIT TRAY 
1 can pear halves
1 can peach halves
1 can whole unpeeled apricots
1 can mandarin orange segments
1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Sprigs of fresh mint

On large broil and serve plate, arrange fruits. In small saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter, almond extract and lemon juice. Heat. Brush over fruit. Broil fruit 15 to 20 minutes. Until golden and hot, brushing with more syrup mixture. Serve hot, garnishing with mint sprigs.
