GREEN CHILI SAUCE 
1/4 c. salad or olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. water
1 c. diced green chili
Salt to taste

Saute garlic, onion and oregano in heavy saucepan. BLEND IN FLOUR WITH WOODEN SPOON. Add water and green chili. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
