BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
Soak shrimp in 1 tablespoon salt in 1 quart water before using.

12 jumbo shrimp, veined and butterflied
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley
Salad oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Small amount of Seasoned salt

Mix crushed crackers and all other ingredients with just enough oil to moisten, don't have wet. Place shrimp on oiled cookie sheet and mound stuffing on shrimp. Put some oil on shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, dust with paprika and parsley flakes.
