1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and crushed
2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli, cooked and drained and rinsed twice
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
