DIABETIC DESSERT 
2 (3 oz.) boxes sugar free gelatin
1 pkg. Estee whipped topping mix
Fresh fruit or juice only canned fruit

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch serving dish, add desired fruit. Let set until firm. Whip the topping. Spread on top. May be garnished with toasted unsweetened coconut or fresh fruit.
